C-55 Polyurea & Urethane Concrete Accelerator

C-55 is used to accelerate the cure time for the following products: P-20 2K Pigmented Polyurea; P-21 2K Clear Polyurea; and Urethane Concrete products F-52 SL 28, F-52 SL 36, F-52 TD and F-52 D. It is important to note that while the cure times will be shorter, the working time will also shorten when using this additive; for additional information, see Technical Data Sheet of products listed above before using C-55. C-55 is packaged in a 1 oz. bottle.

Uses and Benefits

C-55 should be added to Part A of the product listed above and thoroughly mixed into the liquid resin. Once thoroughly mixed, the additional components (Part B and/or Part C) may be added to the mix vessel. Take caution to not overmix the product, as this will reduce even further the working time. If desired, a partial amount of the C-55 Accelerator may be used instead of the entire contents of the bottle. Preparation

The coating installer should fully read and understand ICRI310.2R-2013 and OSHA 29 CFR 1926.1153 before starting preparatory work. The aim, of preparing a substrate for coating applications, is to roughen the surface, remove weak layers, contaminants, dirt, debris and present a solid, clean, dry substrate for the primer.
