About this system
FLEX-GUARD 461 is a urethane elastomeric system designed to provide a soft walking/working surface over a variety of different substrates. Its high elongation and tensile strength allow it to bridge cracks and handle deflection and movement at a greater degree than epoxy systems. With no seams to maintain and no welds to accumulate germs, 461 is the healthier alternative to welded sheet vinyl or vinyl tile
COMMON APPLICATIONS
461 is typically installed over clean prepared concrete where a soft anti-fatigue and easily sterilized, yet durable finish is desired. Specific applications include, but are not limited to:

U-21 G, LL No VOC, clear, waterborne Urespartic™, gloss or low luster,UV, graffiti and abrasion resistant coating.
Polymer Nation offers 3 categories of finish Textures. Texture A is our smoothest finish. Texture B is our mid-level slip resistant finish and Texture C is our highest level slip resistant finish. Custom textures can be engineered to meet specific design requirements. A mock up is recommended as the best way to ensure customer satisfaction.
