About this system
POLY-GUARD 111 is a 100% solids pigmented epoxy coating system designed for light traffic applications.111 consists of an epoxy primer and topcoat and is recommended for smooth, new concrete.
COMMON APPLICATIONS
Horizontal surfaces where a self leveling finish is desired. Specific applications include, but are not limited to:
- warehouses
- light manufacturing areas
- corridors
Optional Finish Coats:
F-60- Polyaspartic coating, good chemical resistance and color retention, LEED compliant.
L-21- Novolac epoxy (with ColorPack), L-excellent broad-range chemical resistance.
U-20- G, LL No VOC, pigmented, waterborne Urespartic™, gloss or low luster, UV, graffiti and abrasion resistant, LEED compliant.
Polymer Nation offers 3 categories of finish Textures. Texture A is our smoothest finish. Texture B is our mid-level slip resistant finish and Texture C is our highest level slip resistant finish. Custom textures can be engineered to meet specific design requirements. A mock up is recommended as the best way to ensure customer satisfaction.
