About this system
POLY-GUARD 140 is a three coat, all urethane, wall coating system designed to provide a rapid setting, UV stable, abrasion resistant wall system for areas that experience moderate thermal cycling and abuse.
COMMON APPLICATIONS
Wall and ceiling areas where a high level of durability is required and where constant water or wash down procedures are occurring. Specific applications include, but are not limited to:
- Cage washes
- Laboratories
- Autoclave areas
- Food and Beverage processing
Optional Finish Coats: U-20 G, LL No VOC, pigmented, waterborne Urespartic™, high gloss or low luster, UV, graffiti and abrasion resistant, LEED compliant.
Polymer Nation offers 3 categories of finish Textures. Texture A is our smoothest finish. Texture B is our mid-level slip resistant finish and Texture C is our highest level slip resistant finish. Custom textures can be engineered to meet specific design requirements. A mock up is recommended as the best way to ensure customer satisfaction.
