About this system
DECO-GUARD 262 is a decorative flake broadcast flooring system that can be installed as a 1-day or 2-day system, depending on product selection. It provides a beautiful granite-like finish and offers great UV, abrasion and chemical resistance.
COMMON APPLICATIONS
262 is installed over clean prepared concrete where a moderate duty, terrazzo-like finish is desired. Specific applications include, but are not limited to:
- healthcare and hospitals
- school hallways and locker rooms
- institutional and correctional corridors
- vivariums
- clean rooms
Optional Finish Coats:
U-21 G, LL No VOC, clear, waterborne, Urespartic™, gloss or low luster, UV, graffiti and abrasion, resistant, LEED compliant.
F-61, F-71 or F-81 Polyaspartic — Excellent UV, Chemical & Abrasion Resistance
U-51 with #1335 or similar
Polymer Nation offers 3 categories of finish Textures. Texture A is our smoothest finish. Texture B is our mid-level slip resistant finish and Texture C is our highest level slip resistant finish. Custom textures can be engineered to meet specific design requirements. A mock up is recommended as the best way to ensure customer satisfaction.
