About this system
DECO-GUARD 211 is a 1/8” to 3/16” thick flooring system made of 100% solids epoxy and broadcast aggregates. It is installed as a slurry broadcast system and is available in any of Polymer Nation’s StandardSolid Colors.
COMMON APPLICATIONS
211 is typically installed over clean prepared concrete where a durable, non-skid finish is desired. It is designed as a cost effective concrete restoration topping over damaged concrete. Specific applications include, but are not limited to:
- manufacturing areas
- aisle ways
- mechanical repair areas
- stamping and cutting rooms
- food and beverage processing areas
Optional Finish Coats:
F-41For increased UV protection.
L-21 For higher, broad-range chemical resistance.
U-20 G, LL No VOC, pigmented, waterborne Urespartic™, gloss or low luster, UV, graffiti and abrasion resistant, LEED compliant.
U-51 with #1335 or similar
Polymer Nation offers 3 categories of finish Textures. Texture A is our smoothest finish. Texture B is our mid-level slip resistant finish and Texture C is our highest level slip resistant finish. Custom textures can be engineered to meet specific design requirements. A mock up is recommended as the best way to ensure customer satisfaction.
