About this system
WEAR-GUARD 310 is a general service 100% solids epoxy mortar system, designed for new construction or renovation work where an impact and abrasion-resistant finish is desired. 310 includes a 100% solids pigmented epoxy topcoat.
COMMON APPLICATIONS
310 is designed to protect concrete floors in the toughest environments. Specific applications include, but are not limited to:
- heavy duty manufacturing
- loading docks
- industrial kitchens
- food and beverage manufacturing and packaging
- chemical plants
- fork lift aisles and agricultural floor restorations
Optional Finish Coats:
L-21 Novolac epoxy (with Color Pack),excellent broad-range chemical resistance
U-20 G, LL No VOC, pigmented, waterborne Urespartic™, high gloss or low luster, UV, graffiti and abrasion resistant coating.
F-61, F-71 or F-81 Polyaspartic — Excellent UV, Chemical & Abrasion Resistance
U-51 with #1335 or similar
Polymer Nation offers 3 categories of finish Textures. Texture A is our smoothest finish. Texture B is our mid-level slip resistant finish and Texture C is our highest level slip resistant finish. Custom textures can be engineered to meet specific design requirements. A mock up is recommended as the best way to ensure customer satisfaction.
