System 341

WEAR-GUARD 341 is a 1/4” troweled chemical resistant urethane mortar, specifically formulated for areas which experience large temperature swings and constant thermal cycling. Available with a proprietary crack suppression reinforcing system (PN 1244).

COMMON APPLICATIONS

Floor areas where durability clean ability and thermal shock are all critical performance characteristics. Typically installed over clean prepared concrete. Specific applications include, but are not limited to: institutional and correctional kitchens, food and beverage manufacturing, cage wash areas, vivariums, and clean rooms.

F-52D Urethane topping is a low sheen finish coat based on the same resin technology as the 352 TD and SL.

L-21 Novolac, greater chemical resistance

F-60 Polyaspartic for greater UV resistance

U-20 G, LL No VOC, pigmented, waterborne Urespartic™, gloss or low luster, UV, graffiti and abrasion resistant coating.

Custom textures can be engineered to meet specific design requirements. A mock up is recommended as the best way to ensure customer satisfaction.
