About this system
WEAR-GUARD 317 is an 1/8” to 1/4” terrazzo system using our 1441 proprietary aggregate. It provides an extremely durable floor surface at a fraction of the cost of traditional epoxy terrazzo. It can be used with or without divider strips and provides an exquisite appearance in a fraction of the time required by traditional terrazzo systems. Designers have a virtually limitless pallet to create just the right touch for their designs. With a wide range of finish coats this system can be configured to meet almost any performance requirements.
COMMON APPLICATIONS
This proprietary flooring system is typically applied over clean prepared concrete. Specific applications include, but are not limited to:
- airports
- hotel and office building lobbies and corridors
- high end retail spaces
- schools
- health care facilities and hospitals
Optional Finish Coats:
U-21 LL No VOC, clear, waterborne Urespartic™, low luster, UV, graffiti and abrasion resistant coating.
Polymer Nation offers 3 categories of finish Textures. Texture A is our smoothest finish. Texture B is our mid-level slip resistant finish and Texture C is our highest level slip resistant finish. Custom textures can be engineered to meet specific design requirements. A mock up is recommended as the best way to ensure customer satisfaction.
