About the product
Product Overview
C-55 is used to accelerate the cure time for all of our Iso reacted materials. It is important to note that while the cure times will be shorter, the working time will also shorten when using this additive. A starting point is 2.5-3.5 ml to a 2 or 3 gallon mix. The material is supplied in a 1 fl oz container and will dose approximately 10, 3 gallon kits.
Uses
C-55 should be added to the mixed kit as the last additive. Testing is required by the user to make sure the reduced working time can be installed properly by the crew.
Preparation
The coating installer should fully read and understand ICRI310.2R-2013 and OSHA 29 CFR 1926.1153 before starting preparatory work. The aim, of preparing a substrate for coating applications, is to roughen the surface, remove weak layers, contaminants, dirt, debris and present a solid, clean, dry substrate for the primer.
