F-00 Pigmented Epoxy Floor Coating

F-00

About the product

Product Overview

F-00 consist of a low viscosity, nonylphenol-free, TIO2-filled, epoxy resin (E1W) with our robust modified cycloaliphatic amine reactant (H1). This combination achieves a high-hiding, pigmented epoxy with good flow and leveling, characteristics. The cured material has good broad-range chemical resistance as well as good abrasion and impact resistance.

Uses

F-00 is most often used as a pigmented broadcast resin and topcoat for resinous concrete flooring projects but it also performs well as a slower curing pigmented primer, and as a slower setting patching material when combined with PN 1324 or PN1329 aggregate.

Preparation

The coating installer should fully read and understand ICRI310.2R-2013 and OSHA 29 CFR 1926.1153 before starting preparatory work. The aim, of preparing a substrate for coating applications, is to roughen the surface, remove weak layers, contaminants, dirt, debris and present a solid, clean, dry substrate for the primer. If unsure as to the level of preparation needed contact Polymer Nation at techservice@polymernation.com
