About the product
Product Overview
Polymer Nation has created a product to replace the need to manufacture multiple sheen level Urespartic™ products. This product is a proprietary mixtures that allows the formulations to be applied at lower wet film thicknesses to create low level gloss finishes.
Uses
C-20 is used to reduce the sheen level of our U-20 and U-21 Urespartic™ materials. When adding C-20 to the mixture the sheen can be lowered to a low to medium satin finish. Note: It is important to first mix the A and B components thoroughly before adding the entire contents of the part C to create a 4 gallon mix (2A:1B:1C)
Preparation
The coating installer should fully read and understand ICRI310.2R-2013 and OSHA 29 CFR 1926.1153 before starting preparatory work. The aim, of preparing a substrate for coating applications, is to roughen the surface, remove weak layers, contaminants, dirt, debris and present a solid, clean, dry substrate for the primer.
